Chicken-Fried Steak With Southern Gravy Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & 3/4 c milk
3 Tbsps margarine
1/2 tsp pepper (black)
1 & 1/2 c flour (unsifted)
1/2 c beef bouillon
Pepper
Salt
1/4 c shortening
2 c cracker crumb
2 Tbsps milk
2 beaten egg
2 pounds rounded steak
Instructions:
Have the steak cut onto serving size pieces. You thoroughly pound the steak. Combine milk & eggs. You dip the eat into egg-mixture then into crumbs.
Slowly brown them in heated shortening. Have it seasoned w/ pepper & salt. Tightly cover then cook them over low-heat for 45-60 mins ’til tender. Best when served w/ southern-gravy.
For gravy: Combine bouillon, flour & pepper. MIx then keep in jar w/ tight cover. Shaking before you use.
Add 1/4 c ready-mix onto drippings. Stir while cooking ’til browned. You add milk, stirring ’til bouillon dissolves & mixture thickens.

Mexican Chicken – A Recipes
Ingredients:
1 c grated cheese (sapsago)
4 c cooked chicken
12 tortillas
1 tsp powdered onion
2 c minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp chili seasoning
2 Tbsps canned chiles (green)
1 c plain non-fat yogurt
1 c pureed tomato
Instructions:
Combine powdered onion, garlic, coriander, chili seasoning, chiles, yogurt & puree. You place the tortillas in oven racks, set at 350 degrees F.
You heat them ’til crisp for about 5-7 mins. Have tortillas arranged in shallow bake dish the layer sauce & chicken over the tortillas. You bake them for 25-30 mins at 350 degrees F.
Garnish with cheese as wanted.

Beer Batter Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp honey
1/4 c jellied cranberry-sauce
1 small peeled apple; cored & sliced
1 c oil
2 & 1/2 c cooked turkey
3/4 c beer
A dash of pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsps baking-powder
1 & 1/2 c all-purpose flour
Instructions:
Combine pepper, salt, baking-powder & flour in bowl. Add beer, stirring ’til smoothened. Have oil heated in skillet then dip apples & turkey in prepared batter to evenly coat.
You separate chicken pieces, frying in heated oil ’til golden-brown. You let them drain well on paper-towels then serve w/ warm Cranberry-Honey Dip sauce.
For sauce: Beat together jellied cranberry-sauce w/ honey in bowl, stirring well.
