Crockpot Chicken and Pasta Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
3 x 10.5 oz cans condensed chicken broth
1 c water
2 c chicken, dices & cooked
1 can x 14.5 oz diced and juicy tomatoes
1 c onion chops
1/2 c celery dices
1/2 teasp dry basil leaves
1 teasp dry parsley flakes
Dash garlic powder
1/2 c ditali or any small pasta shapes, about 2 to 3 oz
1 c frozen peas and carrots, thawed, or mixed vegetables
Instructions:
Use a 5 to 7-quart Crockpot to mix the first nine ingredients. Cook, covered on LOW temp. for 5 to 7 hours, or until the vegetables are tender.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as instructed on the package, then, add the frozen vegetables about 1 min before the pasta is done.
Set to Drain. Add the cooked pasta and vegetables to the 9 ingredients mixture. Cover and continue cooking on LOW for about 1 hr.
